Residential Home Cleaning
We have a four hour
minimum on residential cleanings at a cost of $100.00. The price for
each hour there after is $25.00 per hour.
Below
is a sample list of some of the task we complete for you as part
of our service.

Clean all fixtures. |

Wash shower stalls and doors. |

Wash soap dishes, toothbrush holders, and cups. |

Wipe medicine cabinet and mirrors. |
|
Dust light fixtures. |
|
Wash all tile (floors and base boards). |
|
Empty trash. |
|
Shake out bathroom mats. |
|

Dust and polish all furniture. |
|
Clean mirrors. |
|
Clean windowsills. |
|
Dust trays, perfume bottles, pictures, etc. |
|
Make beds and change linens. |
|
Vacuum carpet. |
|
If there is anything lying around, we will pick it
up and lay it neatly on the bed. |

Dust fans. |

We do windows inside of any floor and outside of
first floor only. |

Dust and polish all furniture. |

Dust blinds and valances. |

Clean all mirrors and glass. |

Dust all items hanging on the walls. |

Dust all TV’s, VCR’s, DVD’s,
and stereos etc. |

Fluff pillows on all furniture and vacuum the furniture. |
|
Empty all ashtrays and garbage cans. |
|
Wipe fingerprints from phones, doors, and doorframes. |
|
Vacuum all floors and carpets. |
|
Mop all tiled floors. |
|
Dust fans. |
|

Wipe all surfaces. |
|
Clean the stove including the oven. |
|
Clean refrigerator inside, out, and top. |
|
Clean all cabinets inside and out. |
|
Wipe off all appliances-microwave, toaster, coffee
pot, etc. |

Empty and wash garbage cans. |
|
Vacuum and mop all floors. |
|

Office Cleaning
For offices there is a 4 hour
minimum @ $25.00 per hour.

Construction
Clean Up
For construction clean up there is a 4 hour minimum. Cleaning is priced per sq ft.

Before & After
Parties
For party serving
and clean up, there is a 4 hour minimum at a cost of $108.00. The
price for each hour there after is $27.00 per hour
and on holidays the cost is $27.00 per hour.

Cleaning Teams
If a team is sent, the price is per hour / per person.
The amount of time they are there is half the time of a single cleaner
because
two people are working at the same time. The time is cut in half,
but the pricing is the same for it is the same amount of actual labor.
Supplies
We supply all supplies unless there is something specific you want
used, we will use it.
Credientials
Copies of our license, bonding, and insurance can
be faxed or sent upon request.
Guarantee
All work comes with customer satisfaction. If there is a problem
with any job done, it must be reported within 24 hours, to resolve
it. Feedback is requested so we can better serve you.
